Responsibilities
Supportive and professional working environment. Opportunity to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy food-service operation. Task & responsibilities Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the rapid-food outlet.
Supervise, train, and support kitchen and front-of-house staff. Allocate duties, prepare staff rosters, and monitor staff performance. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries or complaints.
Monitor food preparation, presentation, portion control, and product quality. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and company procedures. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers as required.
Control wastage and assist with monitoring food and operating costs. Maintain appropriate records relating to sales, stock, staff, and daily operations. Coordinate opening and closing procedures and ensure the premises are maintained to a high standard.
Assist with implementing operational procedures and improving store efficiency. Ensure staff follow established recipes, preparation methods, service procedures, and workplace policies.
Qualifications & Experience




Qualification & experience The successful applicant will have: Relevant qualifications in hospitality, business management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 1- 3 years of relavent experience. Demonstrated experience managing or supervising a fast-food, retail business. Robust knowledge of customer service standards.
Experience supervising and coordinating staff in a busy hospitality environment. Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage stock, ordering, wastage, and day-to-day operational requirements. Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining quality standards.
