Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency is seeking a Hub Practitioner to deliver culturally secure responses to Aboriginal families seeking support through the Hub intake system. You will work with Orange Door staff to connect women, men and children to the wider service system and ensure safe, respectful responses.
The role requires a tertiary qualification or relevant experience in social work or related field, with a strong commitment to Aboriginal communities and safeguarding children.
