Human Resources Support
Assist with recruitment activities including job advertisements, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support background checks, compliance requirements and reference checks.
Assist with staff training and certification tracking.
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Prepare HR correspondence, employment documentation and reports.
Provide general administrative support to leadership and operational teams.
Maintain filing systems, templates and business records.
Assist with meeting coordination, agendas and minutes.
Support data entry and record management activities.
Assist with travel bookings, scheduling and office coordination.
Monitor shared inboxes and direct enquiries appropriately.
Support various projects and business improvement initiatives.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,



Outlook and Teams).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional, friendly and confidential approach.
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills.

Desirable
Currently studying or recently completed qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Previous administration or customer service experience.
Exposure to recruitment, HR administration or payroll processes.
Experience using Microsoft 365 business applications.
