Job Description

Third Wave BBQ is recruiting for bartenders and waitstaff to launch a current Gold Coast venue. You will be part of the opening team, crafting cocktails and beverages, serving guests, and helping to shape a rapid-paced, energetic service culture.

Successful candidates will bring RSA certification, hospitality experience, and a positive attitude to thrive in evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts. Training and onboarding before opening are required.
