Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve guest issues promptly.

Proficiency in computer systems and databases used for guest management (Opera highly regarded)
n
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
