You'll lead a passionate and supportive team that includes Duty Managers, a dedicated Functions Coordinator, experienced front-of-house staff and talented kitchen professionals who genuinely love what they do.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being part of the action. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, drive operational success, develop your team and bring fresh ideas to one of the Capricorn Coast's most iconic hospitality venues. Whether you're supporting a major event, coaching your team, engaging with members or ensuring smooth daily operations, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and the future success of the Club.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team




Oversee and assist with daily venue operations across food, beverage and functions
Manage staffing, rosters, performance and training
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, gaming, WHS and club policies
Drive venue sales, budgets and operational performance
Manage stock control, stocktakes and cost management
Coordinate functions and special events
Build strong relationships with members, guests and stakeholders
Maintain a safe, welcoming and professional environment for guests and team members
About You
You'll be a natural leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting your team and engaging with customers. You will bring:
Previous experience in venue, operations or hospitality management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience managing rosters, labour costs and venue performance
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A hands‐on and positive approach to leadership
Sound understanding of compliance, liquor licensing and WHS requirements
