Finance Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with strong business partnering and influencing skills. Sound decision-making based on accurate and timely financial analysis is critical to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:n
n
Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, month-end close activities, and compliance with accounting standards.
n
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, banking,



cash flow management and treasury activities.
n
Manage all taxation and statutory compliance obligations, while coordinating with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
n
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
n
Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and finance policies to ensure strong governance.
n
Partner with business leaders to provide commercial insights, financial analysis, pricing support, and recommendations to improve business performance.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, reporting processes and internal controls.
n
Skills Requiredn
n
Minimum 7 years' experience in financial accounting, finance management or a similar senior finance role.
n
Solid understanding of financial reporting, month-end accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
n
Demonstrated experience providing commercial and strategic financial support to business leaders.
n
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
n
High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
n
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
n
Experience with Business Central or a similar ERP system (desirable).
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and reporting tools.
n
