SCH Pharmacy Randwick is advertising for Full time, part time and casual pharmacists in permanent and temporary positions. Applications are welcome from provisionally registered pharmacists who are anticipated to meet all requirements for full pharmacist registration by the end ****.
Appointment to a fully registered pharmacist role will be subject to the applicant obtaining and maintaining full registration with the relevant regulatory authority by the required commencement date.
What you'll be doing
Provision of paediatric clinical pharmacy services at Sydney Children's Hospital Network sites with a range of duties including:
Drug procurement and distribution
Dispensary activities
Providing pharmaceutical care
Medication management system and clinical application support
Medication safety vigilance
Quality project and research activities.




Ensuring the provision of a high quality Pharmacy service according to accepted standards and practices to achieve the best outcome for the children of SCHN and their families and carers.

Qualifications and Experience
Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions on scope of practice
Demonstrated relevant Clinical Pharmacy experience (preferably including paediatrics) in a busy hospital environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of multidisciplinary teams
Attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks
Good interpersonal skills
Self-motivation to improve/develop skills relevant to current practice
