The CCLHD – Community Nursing Team is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team and provide protected, person-centred nursing care to clients in the community.
About the Opportunity
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care, support positive health outcomes and build strong relationships with clients, carers and healthcare professionals.

Deliver person-centred nursing care to clients in the community, supporting their health, wellbeing and independence.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Apply your clinical skills and knowledge to provide safe, evidence-based care within your scope of practice.
Build meaningful relationships with clients, carers and healthcare professionals while contributing to quality improvement and positive health outcomes.
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), including an approved medication administration qualification.
A valid Australian Driver Licence and the ability to meet required background and screening checks.
Strong community nursing knowledge and clinical skills, with a commitment to safe, person-centred care.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organisation, accountability and initiative, with a commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and ongoing professional development.
