CatholicCare in Taree is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to support people with severe and complex mental illness through coordinated, person-centred clinical care.
This permanent part time role runs three days per week.
You will provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused care based on a plan developed with the client, their GP, psychiatrist or other supports.
You'll work with a Peer Support Worker to keep clients empowered and connected.
