Western Health is recruiting an Associate Nurse Unit Manager for the Medical-Surgical Unit at Bacchus Marsh Hospital.
The ANUM will support the Nurse Unit Manager, mentor the nursing team, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care across a 7-day rotating roster (AM PM ND).
This role requires strong leadership in a busy medical-surgical setting, with experience in coordinating floors and maintaining safety and quality in health care.
