Golden Heart Services in Greater Sydney is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality supports in SIL homes and community services.
You will supervise Support Workers, coordinate care and rosters, and ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
You'll work closely with clients, families and providers, stepping in on shift when needed to maintain continuity of care and service quality across a 24/7 operation.
