Lead the people.
Shape the programs.
Make a real difference.
If you've built your career in mental health and you're ready for more influence over how services are developed and delivered, this one gives you plenty of room to make your mark.
Proveda's Mental Health team provides psychosocial support to people navigating some incredibly challenging periods in their lives.
Not therapy.
Not clinical treatment.
Practical, human support.
Care coordination.
Connection to services.
Making sure people have the right supports around them when they need them.
And right now, the team is entering an exciting recent chapter.
Following changes to funding for one of its long-standing programs, Proveda has been busy diversifying its mental health offering.
They've got a solid offering already – you'll be leading these programs.
But you'll also be developing new programs, exploring new partnerships and looking at different ways to respond to community need.
That's where you come in.
As Practice Manager – Mental Health, you'll lead a close-knit team of nine across a mix of mental health and social work programs.
But this isn't simply about inheriting a bunch of established programs.
You'll have a say in what comes next.
See an unmet need in the community?
Bring the idea.
See a smarter way to partner with another provider or secure funding?

You'll have the scope to pursue it.
You'll contribute your mental health expertise to funding applications, help improve existing programs, develop new partnerships, and play a big part in building a broader and more sustainable mental health offering for Proveda.
And you don't need to be a clinician to do it.
You might be an experienced mental health or psychosocial services leader.
You could come from social work, counselling, community services or another relevant practice background.
Or perhaps you've spent years closer to frontline service delivery and you're ready to step into something broader – leading people, improving performance, and bringing everyone together.
Either way, you'll bring credibility in the mental health space and, importantly, know how to bring people with you.
They're collaborative, approachable and refreshingly low on hierarchy.
People pitch in.
Ideas are welcomed.
And no one's particularly interested in "that's not my job."
This is an opportunity loaded with autonomy and influence.
A small, supportive team.
The chance to broaden your career beyond frontline practice.
And work where you can actually see the impact you're having on people and communities.
If you want your next mental health leadership role to give you more than people management – more influence, more creativity and more opportunity to shape what comes next – this could be it.
