Shangri-La Sydney is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead service teams across Altitude Restaurant and the Lobby Lounge & Café Mix. The role focuses on delivering luxury guest experiences, staff development and seamless operation in a high-volume luxury hotel setting.
