You will support enterprise and government customers across critical network environments and work within a 24/7 shift roster in Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne.
You will diagnose and resolve network incidents, lead complex troubleshooting, and implement service changes while collaborating with customers, service desks and vendors.
NV1 eligibility is required or attainable.
