The Network are seeking an experienced
DevSecOps Engineer
to join a major Federal Government program in Canberra. This is a hands‐on role focused on building, automating and securing Microsoft Azure infrastructure within a complex enterprise setting.

Location: Canberra preference - Must hold minimum NV1 clearance
n
Contract: 12 months x2 12 month extensions
n
The role suits an engineer with strong
Azure DevOps, Terraform/IaC, Linux and cloud security
experience who can work across infrastructure, application and security teams.
The Role n
n
Design, build and maintain secure Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
n
Develop automated infrastructure and application deployments using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Bicep and/or ARM.
n
Implement and improve Azure security controls across RBAC, Azure Policy,



Defender for Cloud and vulnerability management.
n
Develop reusable automation, cloud foundations and self‐service capabilities while contributing to technical leadership and knowledge transfer.
n
Key Skills n
n
Strong hands‐on Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps experience within complex enterprise environments.
n
Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code capability, ideally including Bicep and/or ARM templates.
n
Experience across DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud security, vulnerability management, Azure RBAC, Azure Policy and Defender for Cloud.
n
Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring and experience working with architects, developers, infrastructure and security teams.
