The Duty Manager is a fast-paced role responsible for ensuring the successful operation of a Licensed Venue, Cruise Bar.
About the role:
Coach & develop a high performing team
Deliver effective communication across the team
Drive extraordinary guest experience
Support venue operations, complete & delegate action items accordingly
Contribute & promote to the safety and security of the venue and all stakeholders
Assist & monitor employee rosters for all on premise areas meeting HIGA and NES requirements
Provide leadership to all staff and ensure compliance across the venue
About you:




Minimum 1 year in a Duty Manager Role
Experienced in managing a high pressure, quick-paced, high volume bar
Effective communicator who's able to share their vision with the team
Exceptional guest service provider with a genuine passion for the operation
Passionate about team building and staff development
High level of product knowledge
Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol
Holds a current Responsible Conduct of Gambling
Discounts on food and beverage, accommodation, Conference & Events, liquor store
