About the Role

This is a leadership role where you will manage a portfolio of clients while working closely with a high-performing team to deliver tailored
Tax and Business Advisory services

You will play a hands-on role in client engagement, technical delivery, and team development.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Manage a portfolio of SME and private clients
n
Review tax compliance (companies, trusts, individuals)
n
Deliver advisory services
n
Business strategy and growth planning
n
Lead, mentor,
and review work of junior team members
n
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships
n
Contribute to practice growth and business development
n
n
About You
n
n
CA or CPA qualified
n
2-8+ years' experience in public practice (business services/tax)
n
Strong technical tax knowledge across Australian tax legislation
n
Proven experience managing clients and reviewing work
n
Commercial mindset and ability to provide practical advice
n
Strong communication and leadership skills
n
