JBS Australia is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for end users across our operations in Australia and Recent Zealand.
You will provide front-line technical support, triage incidents, and ensure timely resolution in line with service levels.
You'll join a busy IT Service Desk, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to continuous improvement while participating in after-hours rosters and occasional travel to facilities as required.
