The Role
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee consistently, to ButterBoy's standard
n
Deliver warm, genuine, and efficient customer service every order, every time
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station
n
Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, flagging any issues promptly
n
Work the till, handle cash and card transactions accurately
n
Support with stock counts and communicate low stock levels to your manager
n
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
n
Represent the ButterBoy brand with energy, positivity, and pride
n




Work collaboratively with the wider café and kitchen team to keep service running smoothly, especially during peak periods
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Confident, consistent latte art and coffee preparation skills
n
A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
n
Solid communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
n
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy rushes
n
Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
n
NSW RSA and/or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
n
Availability across weekends and public holidays preferred
n
