In this Role,You'll
Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Overseeday‐to‐daycommunity operations, including presentation standards, occupancy,tenancyand resident engagement




Lead financial performance through budgeting,planningand management of P&L; outcomes
Fostera strong senseof community by delivering lifestyle,wellbeingand connection programs
Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliverhigh‐qualityoutcomes

Bring experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, agedcareor community settings
Are confident leadingday‐to‐dayoperations while balancing competing priorities
Have experience managing budgets, P&Lperformanceor; commercial outcomes
Handle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy,professionalismand clear boundaries
