About the role
The role develops training strategies, identifies capability gaps, manages training programs and oversees learning materials and resources.
It also monitors participation and outcomes, provides advice to stakeholders, adapts learning approaches to changing needs, and builds solid relationships to support organisational readiness and successful program delivery.

Qualifications and experience
You'llbring:
List Experience applying training development processes, techniques and tools to identify learning needs and improve user capability.
A relevant degree or vocational qualification, with experience in a relevant training role highly desirable.
A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent, with relevant depth and breadth of experience highly desirable.
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
