Strike Forces Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing operations team!
In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring employees, promoting a positive safety culture and helping drive high standards of performance across multiple locations.
Reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in building capable, engaged and successful teams.
For internal purposes, this role is referred to as a Client Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support site-based teams.
Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment, consumables and PPE across allocated sites.
Facilitate toolbox talks and daily pre-start meetings.
Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
Support onboarding, recruitment and workforce planning activities.
Conduct regular site visits, safety observations and workplace inspections.
Coordinate rosters, timesheets and workforce administration.
Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes and operational efficiency.
About You
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
A commitment to workplace health and safety.
The ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
Experience within cleaning, industrial services,



facilities management or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
Previous mine site experience is highly regarded.

Applicants new to the mining industry may be required to complete an Order 45 Medical as part of the pre-employment process.
Due to appointment availability and assessment requirements, this process may take from 4 to 8 weeks.
