Are you an experienced Dentist looking for a genuine clinical leadership opportunity within an established Mandurah practice?
National Dental Care is looking for a Lead Dentist to join DB Dental Mandurah from December.
This is a four-day-per-week opportunity, with working days available Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
You'll continue treating your own established patient base while providing clinical leadership, mentoring and support to other clinicians within the practice.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Deliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
Lead, mentor and support other clinicians
Help maintain robust clinical standards and best-practice patient care
Contribute to team development and practice growth
Work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team on practice initiatives
Support a positive and collaborative team culture
Contribute to ongoing clinical development and peer learning
About you
We're looking for a Dentist who:
Holds current AHPRA registration
Has strong clinical experience across general dentistry
Has confidence across a broad range of clinical presentations
Has a genuine interest in mentoring and developing other clinicians
Has strong communication and patient care skills
Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider team
Can lead by example and support a high standard of clinical care
You may already have previous leadership experience, or you may be an experienced Dentist ready to take the next step into clinical leadership.

DB Dental Mandurah is a well-established five-chair practice located in Mandurah, Western Australia.
The practice has an established patient base and consistent appointment demand, supported by four experienced Associate Dentists and an in-house Prosthetist.
The clinical team places a strong focus on clinical excellence, with experienced clinicians available to support mentoring, collaboration and professional development.
