You will provide onsite and remote 1st-level support to our clients, handle incidents, and maintain IT environments with a strong focus on service quality.
You will work with the team to resolve issues quickly, document problems, and ensure client satisfaction while adhering to ITIL processes and in office requirements at least 85% of the time.
2+ years IT experience and Office365 proficiency are expected.
