Watering Hole Hotels is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at Penny's Hotel in Recent South Wales. You will lead, develop and manage the team, drive menu development and financial management, reporting to the Area Head Chef as part of the venue's leadership group.
You will oversee budgets, stock control, quality assurance and food safety compliance, delivering high-quality, cost-effective meals aligned with current trends and customer needs.
