Success Profile
Meat processing industry experience (essential);
Solid,
demonstrated meat industry experience
within a sales capacity;
Working
knowledge of beef cuts
and the beef specifications required (essential);
Strong computer skills — word processing, Excel and database management;
Ability and willingness to work on site Monday to Friday and ability to travel when required.
