We are looking for someone who loves food, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business (highly regarded) and a real people person.

What this role will offer you
As a
Grocery Section Lead
, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team and running the department day to day.
You'll ensure shelves are well stocked, displays are presented to a high standard, and customers have a great shopping experience every time they visit.
What we need you to do
Lead and support the Grocery team to deliver
outstanding customer service
.
Ensure shelves are
stocked, faced up and ready for trade




.
Assist with ordering, stock replenishment and inventory levels.
Drive sales,
control stock loss and reduce waste
.
Coach and develop team members.
Deliver promotional and seasonal displays to a high standard.
Monitor product quality, stock rotation and date checking.
Assist with deliveries and back-of-house organisation.
Maintain food safety, WHS and company standards.
Work collaboratively with other departments across the store.
Support the Store Manager and help
lead the store
when required.
