Anglicare Southern Queensland – Beenleigh QLD is seeking a Practitioner to support young people aged 16 to 25 in accommodation and community settings. The role focuses on trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred support to help young people achieve housing stability and meaningful outcomes.
The position is full time (38 hours per week) at the new Beenleigh youth accommodation service, featuring 30 semi-independent one-bedroom units.
