We're looking for a
Vintage Assistant Winemaker
to join our **** team. Someone who thrives on the pace, the pressure, the problem‐solving and the pure joy of making great wine from grape to glass.
n
What You'll Do
n
You'll be right in the thick of vintage, working shoulder‐to‐shoulder with Winemakers and the Cellar team as fruit rolls in and the winery comes alive.
n
Your days will be a mix of hands‐on activity, sensory decision‐making and supporting the flow of vintage operations across the site.
n
Guiding grape intake, processing and press cuts with a focus on quality
n
Assessing juice, participating in tastings and contributing to trials
n
Keeping winery hygiene sharp and stock records accurate
n
This is a role for someone who loves being close to the fruit, close to the action, and part of the decisions that shape premium wines.
