Dexus is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for QV Melbourne, a landmark mixed-use precinct in Melbourne's CBD. You will lead a multidisciplinary Operations and Facilities team, ensuring secure, compliant, high-performing operations across retail, office and carpark assets.
You will drive capital planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement with tenants, contractors and Dexus teams, while guiding operational budgets and asset improvement initiatives.
