We are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
General building maintenance and handyman repairs
Preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
Basic carpentry, repairs and minor building works
Setting up and packing down for school events and functions
Coordinating contractors and monitoring works on site
Maintaining a secure, clean and well-presented environment
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements
Qualifications:
Previous Facility Management experience in school sector
Good communication and time management skills
Reliable, dedicated, and passionate in promoting a positive work culture.
An ability to lead, motivate, and influence your staff members to deliver excellent results.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
