Grace Schofield, ************ would love to hear your story and answer any questions you may have about the role.About the roleThe Early Childhood Approach (ECA) is a pioneering NDIS partnership between TCHHS and the National Disability Insurance Agency, delivering early intervention supports to children aged 0-9 years across the Torres Strait and Northern Peninsula Area. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Early Childhood Coordinator provides culturally responsive, family-centred support for children, families and carers within a flexible transdisciplinary model.
