RGIT Australia is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support (BSP) Practitioner to join our Western Sydney multidisciplinary team.
You will develop, implement, and review BSPs; provide training to families and carers; and advocate for participants within the NDIS framework.
This full time permanent role offers true flexibility with a mix of community-based work, Penrith/Blacktown clinics, and work-from-home days, plus clinical supervision, CPD and a supportive, growth-focused culture.
