About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Support Services Officer to join our Specimen Reception Area (SRA) at Macquarie Park.
This is a full-time overnight shift role (10:00 pm to 6:00 am) with applicable shift loadings and secure onsite parking available.
You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:
Running and monitoring the GLP Track aliquoting system, centrifuges during overnight operations.
Accurately aliquoting and processing specimens in accordance with laboratory procedures and quality standards.
Maintaining efficient workflow, turnaround times and quality outcomes within the department.
Contributing to a safe, clean and organised laboratory environment.
