Future Golf is seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to own member journeys from onboarding to renewal, coordinating email, SMS, push and in‐app communications via Braze. You'll work with the Head of Member and the Lifecycle & Product Engagement Manager to bring the lifecycle strategy to life across campaigns and BAU communications, while maintaining data quality and reporting insights.
Solid Braze, Figma and multichannel CRM experience is essential, with an interest in golf and membership
