You will work within a multidisciplinary health and wellbeing group to deliver versatile services across critical incidents, acute issues, prevention, and short- to mid-term interventions.
Key duties include leading stream supervision, collaborating with school leaders and local services, and performing assessments and interventions for students with barriers to learning.
