About the Role
As a Senior Social Worker, you'll provide specialist care within the Refugee Health Service, supporting safe, coordinated outcomes for vulnerable people.
Deliver advanced clinical social work care
Advise teams and build clinical capability
Supervise staff and students across sites
Lead quality improvement, research and education
Promote hospital avoidance and timely care transitions
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll bring specialist expertise,



sound judgement and a strong commitment to person-centred care.
Social Work degree eligible for AASW full membership
Advanced clinical skills in a social work specialty
Experience managing complex clinical situations independently
Experience providing clinical supervision to staff or students
Experience in service improvement, research and professional development
