About the opportunity
Join Australia Post's growing Out of Home (OOH) network and help shape how millions of Australians send, collect and receive parcels.
Reporting to the Strategic Adoption Manager, the
Implementation Manager OOH
plays a pivotal role in turning strategy into action, helping drive adoption, performance and growth across one of Australia Post's most important strategic initiatives.
Leveraging market insights, commercial analysis and performance data, you'll help identify opportunities, coordinate cross-functional activity and support evidence-led decision making that strengthens the OOH flywheel across merchants, receivers and property hosts.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, commercial performance and execution, helping deliver measurable outcomes that enhance customer experience and support the future growth of Australia Post's Out of Home network.
This is a excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically driven professional to turn insight into action, helping translate strategic priorities into measurable growth across the Out of Home network.

Commercial & Strategic Priorities




Support the development and delivery of OOH adoption strategy into clear plans and priorities, aligning activity to enterprise objectives and commercial outcomes.
Contribute to the identification, sizing and prioritisation of market and revenue opportunities using data, insights and performance analysis to inform decisions.
Support the development and optimisation of the audience strategy, including segmentation, tagging, sizing, emerging trends and commercial potential.
Support the enablement of OOH campaign activation through leveraging geo-targeting, first-party data and marketing effectiveness metrics (Adobe) to support integrated campaigns.
Provide insights from audience, campaign and customer performance to inform continuous optimisation, value proposition refinement, improvements in adoption and trial outcomes.
Support OOH adoption performance governance through ROI, margin and KPI tracking to deliver impact.
About you
You thrive in roles where strategy, commercial thinking and execution come together.
You bring strong strategic capability and the ability to develop explicit frameworks that identify, prioritise and unlock market growth opportunities.
With experience supporting growth, adoption or commercial initiatives in complex organisations, you're skilled at turning data, customer insights and market intelligence into practical actions that deliver measurable results.
You combine commercial acumen with an analytical mindset, using data modelling, performance analysis and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimise outcomes.
You enjoy working collaboratively across diverse teams,



bringing stakeholders together around a common goal while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable navigating structured program and governance environments, you have a proven ability to coordinate activity across functions, translate strategic direction into actionable plans, and communicate clear, compelling insights to senior stakeholders.
Ultimately, you're motivated by solving complex problems, identifying growth opportunities and delivering lasting commercial impact.
