Cullen Jewellery, an Australian fine jewellery brand based in Melbourne, is seeking a full time Assistant Client Care Manager to support our after-sales team.
You will own key workflows, handle escalations, and mentor our group of After-Sales Consultants from our Kew office.
In this role you will lead escalated inquiries, perform QC checks with our workshop teams, manage daily rostering and ticket distribution, and partner with the Client Care Manager to onboard and coach staff.
