residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‐site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.
The Role
As Registered Nurse, you'll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity's 180‐year legacy.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high‐performing clinical and care team
Ensure secure,



person‐centred, compliant care every day
Support the clinical governance, documentation,AN‐ACC,NQIP, risk & quality
Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
Support Better Together and occupancy outcomes
About You
RN with
current AHPRA
registration
Residential Aged Care leadership experience
Strong communication and coaching capability
Desirable: Minimum of
2+ years
' experience in Aged Care
