Uniting is seeking a Navigator Case Manager in Croydon, Victoria to support young people aged ***** facing disengagement.
You will work with the young person and their supports to design and enact an education re‐engagement plan with the goal of returning to education.
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience with families, adolescents, and risk assessments, plus the ability to work with schools.
A Victorian driver's licence is required.
