A rare opportunity to join our Maintenance Team at CHRH
We are seeking a reliable and motivated
Maintenance Officer
to join our team.
Based at our Trentham facility but you will be required to attend our other sites this hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong handyman skills or a trade background who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in maintaining high-quality facilities and grounds.
As a Maintenance Officer, you will play an important role in ensuring our buildings, equipment, vehicles and outdoor areas are well maintained, secure and presented to a high standard for staff, residents, patients and visitors.
Details of Appointment:
80 hours per fortnight including an ADO each month
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated handyman, maintenance or trade-related experience
A relevant trade qualification (desirable) or strong practical maintenance skills
Experience in gardening, grounds maintenance and facility upkeep
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Commitment to workplace health and safety
A current Victorian Driver Licence
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
Salary:
As per award and subject to experience and any trade qualifications
