The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking an Operations Manager for the Glendenning site in Sydney.
This role carries full P&L; responsibility across production, logistics, scheduling and service delivery, driving profitability and performance in Australia's largest manufacturing operation.
You will lead a high-performing team, set strategic targets, champion safety, and collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to optimise revenue and margin while improving efficiency and cash flow.
