About the Role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Far North Coast team, with flexibility to work across Alstonville, Ballina, Lismore, Casino and surrounding communities.
With our Alstonville clinic providing a local team base, you'll have the flexibility of community OT while still having somewhere to connect with colleagues, access resources and work from when it suits you.
You'll support participants across the lifespan with a varied caseload that can include Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive technology and equipment prescription, sensory and mobility assessments, home modifications, and building independence in everyday activities.
We welcome new graduates, early career and experienced OTs, with supervision and support tailored to your experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver person-centred OT across community, home, clinic and telehealth settings
Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
Support participants to build independence and achieve meaningful everyday goals
Work closely with families, carers and other stakeholders
Collaborate with your local and broader multidisciplinary team
Manage your caseload with flexibility across the Far North Coast
Participate in supervision, peer learning and professional development

What You'll Bring
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility if graduating
NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong communication and organisational skills
A curious, collaborative and person-centred approach
