You will welcome clients, perform intake, screening and assessments, and help connect people with appropriate mental health supports.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to identify risks, coordinate care, and escalate concerns following established procedures, with a focus on recovery‐oriented, culturally secure, person‐centred practice.
