CSR, a leading Australian manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at Oxley site, ensuring safe, reliable, cost-efficient operation of production assets in a 24/7 workplace.
You will manage a team of trades, plan preventive maintenance, drive improvements, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Site Leadership to deliver the maintenance roadmap.
Strong leadership on floor is essential.
