Bunnings Group is seeking a Departments Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high‐volume stock management within your specialist area.
You will lead a 20+ strong team, drive service levels and partner with various departments to deliver the Widest Range and Best Prices.
You will train and develop your team, uphold safety and wellbeing, and ensure strong customer experiences across weekend rosters and holiday periods.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a large retail workplace.
