Brighte is seeking a Senior Collections & Claims Specialist to manage complex arrears, disputes and vendor-related issues across a diverse portfolio.
You'll assess situations, determine the best path forward, and negotiate sustainable outcomes to recover outstanding debt where appropriate.
You'll collaborate with customers, vendors and internal teams to investigate underlying causes of non-payment, review contracts and payment history, and apply hardship practices for customers in difficulty.
