Location – Coniston - 50% Hybrid
Employment type – Ongoing- Full-time
Salary – Clerk Grade 3/4 $
$87,199 -$95,482 per annum + superannuation
Your role
As a Project Support Officer within Homes NSW, you will play an important role in supporting the effective delivery of services across multiple business units.
Working in a varied and fast-paced environment, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the team and provide reliable, responsive support that helps the organisation meet its business needs and objectives.
What you'll do
Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Manager and approximately 130 staff across two directorates.
Coordinate day-to-day business services, including shared mailboxes, fleet management, accommodation, travel arrangements, waste services, WHS matters and more.
Process purchasing and financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements and purchasing card reconciliations.
Support staff onboarding and offboarding activities, including arranging IT assets, system access, identification cards and asset returns.
Manages end-to-end operational processes in a high-volume, repetitive work environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure tasks are delivered from initiation through to completion.
Maintain registers, dashboards, TRIM records and business systems to ensure information is accurate, current and compliant.
Liaise with staff, contractors, suppliers,
councils and internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries and progress matters.
Escalate complex, urgent or sensitive matters to the appropriate officer or manager.
Support meetings, projects and continuous improvement activities by tracking actions, maintaining documentation and identifying process improvements
What we're looking for
Experience providing administrative, secretariat or related support in a quick-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong general computer skills.
Proactive and reliable, with the ability to take ownership of routine and repetitive tasks.
Practical problem-solving skills and the initiative to improve ways of working.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
Must hold a current and valid driver's licence
